Key Lime Pie

makes a 2 9-inch pies.


2 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
3 14-ounce cans sweetened condensed milk
9 egg yolks
3/4-cup fresh squeezed key lime juice


mix milk and egg yolks at slow speed until smooth. add juice and
continue to mix until smooth

Pour into pie crusts

Bake in preheated 300-degree oven for 17 minutes

Cool pies in the refrigerator or keep them in the freezer

serve with whipped cream topping
